Scrap Metal Sales Contract

This Scrap Metal Sales Contract (“Contract”) is made and entered into on [Date] by and between [Seller Name] (“Seller”) and [Buyer Name] (“Buyer”).

1. Description of Scrap Metal Seller agrees to sell and deliver to Buyer, and Buyer agrees to purchase and receive from Seller, the following scrap metal:
