Terms and Conditions

2. The Customer agrees to abide by all terms and conditions of the supply agreement, as set forth in the supply agreement documentation and this Agreement.
3. The Supplier will provide the Customer with a supply agreement document that sets forth the terms and conditions of the supply.
4. The Customer is responsible for ensuring that the vehicle(s) are in good working order and meet all safety requirements.
5. The Customer is responsible for all costs associated with the use and operation of the vehicle(s) during the term of supply, including, but not limited to, fuel, maintenance, and repairs.
6. The Customer must comply with all applicable laws and regulations governing the use and operation of the vehicle(s).
7. The Customer agrees to immediately report any accidents or incidents involving the vehicle(s) to the Supplier.
8. The Customer agrees to promptly notify the Supplier of any changes in the information provided in this Agreement, including changes to the Customer’s contact information.
9. The Customer must return the vehicle(s) to the Supplier at the end of the term of supply, in the same condition as when they were supplied, except for normal wear and tear.
10. The Supplier may terminate this Agreement and demand the return of the vehicle(s) at any time if the Customer breaches any of the terms and conditions of the supply agreement or this Agreement.
11. This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the state where the Supplier is located.
