4. The Talent is responsible for attending all auditions and callbacks for the role.
5. The Talent is responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date information regarding their availability and scheduling.
6. The Talent must comply with all applicable laws and regulations governing the casting process.
7. The Talent agrees to immediately report any conflicts or issues that may arise during the casting process to the Casting Agency.
8. The Talent agrees to promptly notify the Casting Agency of any changes in the information provided in this Agreement, including changes to the Talent’s contact information.
9. The Talent agrees to not disclose any confidential information related to the casting process or the project.
10. The Casting Agency may terminate this Agreement and cease casting services at any time if the Talent breaches any of the terms and conditions of the casting agreement or this Agreement.
11. This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the state where the Casting Agency is located.
