This Contract of Sale (the “Contract”) is made and entered into on [insert date] by and between [insert seller’s name] (“Seller”), and [insert buyer’s name] (“Buyer”).

WHEREAS, Seller desires to sell and transfer to Buyer certain property (the “Property”);

WHEREAS, Buyer desires to purchase the Property from Seller;

NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual promises and covenants contained herein, and other good and valuable consideration, the receipt and sufficiency of which are hereby acknowledged, the parties agree as follows:

1. Sale and Purchase. Seller agrees to sell and transfer the Property to Buyer, and Buyer agrees to purchase the Property from Seller, in accordance with the terms and conditions of this Contract.
