This Contract to Install a Smart Controller Device (the “Agreement”) is made and entered into on [insert date] by and between [insert name of client] (“Client”) and [insert name of contractor] (“Contractor”).

WHEREAS, Client desires to have a smart controller device installed in their home or office; and

WHEREAS, Contractor is in the business of installing smart controller devices; and

NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual promises and covenants contained herein, and other good and valuable consideration, the receipt and sufficiency of which are hereby acknowledged, the parties agree as follows:

1. Scope of Work. Contractor agrees to install a smart controller device (the “Device”) at the location specified by Client in accordance with the specifications set forth in Schedule A attached hereto. Contractor shall complete the installation of the Device within [insert number] hours from the date of this Agreement, subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
