This agreement is made and entered into on [Date] between [Seller Name], residing at [Address] (hereafter “Seller”), and [Buyer Name], residing at [Address] (hereafter “Buyer”).

[Section 1 – Sale of Property]

Seller hereby agrees to sell and transfer to Buyer three common dongs of six hedges of a residential house (hereafter “Property”) located at [Address], with all improvements, fixtures, and attachments thereon.

[Section 2 – Purchase Price]

The purchase price for the Property shall be [Purchase Price], to be paid by Buyer to Seller in accordance with the payment schedule set forth in Section 3 below.

[Section 3 – Payment]

The purchase price shall be paid in [Number of Payments] equal installments, with the first payment of [First Payment Amount] due on [Due Date], and subsequent payments of [Subsequent Payment Amount] due on the same day of each month thereafter until the purchase price is paid in full.
