DEMOLITION CONTRACT
This Demolition Contract (“Contract”) is made and entered into as of [Date] by and between [Owner’s Name] (“Owner”) and [Demolition Contractor’s Name] (“Contractor”).
- Scope of Work: The Contractor agrees to demolish the building(s) located at [Address] (the “Property”) in accordance with the plans and specifications agreed to by the Owner and the Contractor. The scope of work includes but is not limited to the following:
- Demolition and removal of all structures, debris, and materials from the Property.
- Restoration of the Property to a level that meets all applicable laws and regulations.
- Price and Payment: The Owner agrees to pay the Contractor [Amount in words (numerical)] for the demolition work. The payment shall be made in accordance with the following schedule:
- [Amount or percentage] shall be paid upon the signing of this Contract by the Owner.
- [Amount or percentage] shall be paid upon completion of the demolition work.
