Here’s an example template for a description of the contractor’s obligations in a contract:

DESCRIPTION OF THE CONTRACTOR’S OBLIGATIONS

This document outlines the obligations of the contractor (“Contractor”) under the contract (“Contract”) entered into between the Contractor and the other party (“Client”).

1. Scope of Work: The Contractor shall perform the work described in the Contract, including but not limited to the following:
