EMPLOYMENT CONTRACT
This Employment Contract (the “Contract”) is made and entered into as of [Date], by and between [Name of Employer], with a mailing address of [Address] (the “Employer”), and [Name of Employee], with a mailing address of [Address] (the “Employee”).
- Position and Duties. The Employee shall be employed as a [Position] in the [Department/Division] of the Employer. The Employee’s duties shall include but not be limited to:

- Term of Employment. The Employee’s employment under this Contract shall begin on [Date] and shall continue until terminated by either party upon [Notice Period] days’ written notice.

- Confidentiality and Non-Disclosure. The Employee agrees to keep confidential all confidential and proprietary information of the Employer, including but not limited to, trade secrets, customer lists, product formulas, and marketing plans, and not to disclose or use such information except as necessary in the performance of the Employee’s duties under this Contract.
- Non-Competition and Non-Solicitation. The Employee agrees that during the term of this Contract and for [Time Period] after the termination of this Contract, the Employee shall not directly or indirectly compete with the Employer or solicit the Employer’s customers or employees.
- Termination. The Employer may terminate the Employee’s employment under this Contract for any reason upon [Notice Period] days’ written notice. The Employee may terminate this Contract for any reason upon [Notice Period] days’ written notice.
- Governing Law. This Contract shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the [State/Province/Country] without regard to conflicts of law principles.
