INTERNET CONNECTION CONTRACT

Services

Payment

Limitation of Liability
ISP shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with this Contract, including without limitation loss of profits, loss of revenue, or loss of data.

Indemnification
Customer agrees to indemnify and hold ISP harmless from and against any and all claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising out of or in connection with Customer’s use of the Services.

Termination
Either party may terminate this Contract upon [insert notice period] written notice to the other party in the event of a material breach of this Contract. ISP may also terminate this Contract immediately if Customer breaches the provisions of Section 4.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction
