JOB SEEKER CONTRACT
This Job Seeker Contract (the “Contract”) is entered into between [Name of Job Seeker] (“Job Seeker”) and [Name of Recruiter or Job Placement Agency] (“Recruiter”) (collectively referred to as the “Parties”).
WHEREAS, Recruiter is in the business of providing job placement services; and
WHEREAS, Job Seeker desires to obtain job placement services from Recruiter;

- Services Recruiter agrees to provide job placement services to Job Seeker (the “Services”) in accordance with the terms and conditions set forth in this Contract.
- Term This Contract shall commence on the date of acceptance by Job Seeker and shall continue for [insert term] unless earlier terminated in accordance with the provisions of this Contract.
- Payment Job Seeker agrees to pay the fees set forth in the Recruiter’s pricing schedule for the Services. Recruiter may change its fees and pricing schedule upon providing Job Seeker with [insert notice period] written notice of such change.
- Scope of Services Recruiter will provide Job Seeker with the following services:
a. Review Job Seeker’s resume and cover letter and provide feedback on how to improve them; b. Conduct a preliminary interview with Job Seeker to assess their skills, experience, and qualifications; c. Provide Job Seeker with job postings and employment opportunities that match their skills, experience, and qualifications; d. Assist Job Seeker in preparing for job interviews by providing advice, coaching, and interview tips; e. Provide Job Seeker with feedback on their job search progress and suggest strategies to improve it.
- Job Offer If Recruiter presents Job Seeker with a job offer from an employer, Job Seeker will have the opportunity to review the terms and conditions of the offer and decide whether to accept it or not. Recruiter is not responsible for the employer’s compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and policies related to employment.
- Limitation of Liability Recruiter shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with this Contract, including without limitation loss of profits, loss of revenue, or loss of data.
- Indemnification Job Seeker agrees to indemnify and hold Recruiter harmless from and against any and all claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising out of or in connection with Job Seeker’s use of the Services.
- Termination Either party may terminate this Contract upon [insert notice period] written notice to the other party in the event of a material breach of this Contract.
- Governing Law and Jurisdiction This Contract shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [insert governing jurisdiction]. Any disputes arising from or related to this Contract shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of [insert governing jurisdiction].
- Entire Agreement This Contract constitutes the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes all prior and contemporaneous agreements and understandings, whether written or oral, relating to the Services.
