Minimum contract extension

This Contract Extension Agreement (the “Agreement”) is made and entered into on [Date] between [Employer Name], located at [Address] (hereafter “Employer”), and [Employee Name], residing at [Address] (hereafter “Employee”).

[Section 1 – Extension of Term]

The parties hereby agree to extend the term of the employment contract (the “Contract”) entered into by the parties on [Start Date] and scheduled to end on [End Date] for an additional period of [Extension Period] months, commencing on [New Start Date] and ending on [New End Date].

[Section 2 – Unchanged Terms]

All other terms and conditions of the Contract, including but not limited to the employee’s job title, job description, duties, compensation, benefits, and other terms and conditions, shall remain in full force and effect during the extension period.

[Section 3 – Termination]

Either party may terminate this Agreement at any time upon [Notice Period] days written notice to the other party.

[Section 4 – Entire Agreement]

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes all prior negotiations, understandings, and agreements between them, whether written or oral, relating to the subject matter hereof. This Agreement may not be amended or modified except in writing signed by both parties.
