Consulting Agreement for Temporary Services

This Consulting Agreement for Temporary Services (“Agreement”) is entered into on [insert date] by and between insert name of consultant and insert name of client.

Services to Be Provided
Consultant agrees to provide consulting services to Client as described in Exhibit A attached hereto (“Services”).

Term of Agreement

Compensation

Termination
