Temporary Concreting Contract

This Temporary Concreting Contract (“Agreement”) is made and entered into on [Date] by and between [Client Name], located at [Client Address] (“Client”) and [Contractor Name], located at [Contractor Address] (“Contractor”).

Scope of Work

The Contractor agrees to provide concreting services to the Client, including but not limited to the supply of materials, preparation of the site, pouring and finishing of concrete, and any other services necessary to complete the project as outlined in the attached scope of work.

Term

This Agreement shall commence on [Start Date] and shall terminate on [End Date]. However, the Client may terminate this Agreement at any time upon written notice to the Contractor.

Compensation

The Client shall pay the Contractor the sum of [Amount] for the services provided under this Agreement. Payment shall be made within [Number] days of receipt of invoice.

Changes to Scope of Work

Warranties

The Contractor warrants that all work will be performed in a workmanlike manner, in accordance with industry standards, and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. The Contractor further warrants that all materials used will be of good quality and free from defects.

Insurance

The Contractor agrees to maintain general liability insurance and workers’ compensation insurance throughout the term of this Agreement. The Contractor shall provide proof of insurance upon request.

Indemnification

The Contractor agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Client from any and all claims, damages, and expenses arising out of or in connection with the services provided under this Agreement, including but not limited to claims of personal injury, property damage, or breach of contract.

Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of [State].

Entire Agreement

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes all prior agreements and understandings, whether written or oral, relating to the subject matter of this Agreement.

Amendments

This Agreement may not be amended except in writing signed by both parties.
